Although we do not offer returns, we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your purchase. We take pride in our unique, high-quality perfumes and bath and body products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. HOW LONG FOR ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING?

We know that when you place an order, you're eager to receive your products as soon as possible. That's why we strive to provide a turnaround time of 3-4 business days before the shipping period. If you ever have any concerns about order processing or shipping time, please reach out to us, and we'll do everything we can to assist you. Please note, fragrances containing alcohol must ship ground due to safety regulations.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

At Frances Annette, we always strive to provide a luxurious experience for our customers and their recipients. While our products are beautifully packaged to impress and delight, we currently do not offer gift wrapping services.
